Assessment and treatment directed toward rehabilitation of injury, pain or dysfunction. Includes manual therapy as indicated.
Physical Wellness
Services directed toward improving function, fitness and wellness goals. Does not include manual therapy.
Online Fitness Coaching
Personally designed fitness program for gym or home based on your goals and schedule.
